Terms and Conditions for Donations

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilizing the online donation portal of Gowardhan Gaushala. By making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01. Purpose & Utilization of Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions intended exclusively for the shelter, rescue, medical treatment, green fodder feeding, and general maintenance of indigenous Desi cows and bulls housed in our gaushalas. Gowardhan Gaushala is a registered trust and does not engage in commercial dairy operations or sale of cows/milk.

02. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As donations are utilized immediately for sourcing daily green fodder and urgent medical care for rescued cattle, we enforce a strict **no-refund** policy for successful donations. However, in the case of duplicate transactions, technical glitches, or double debits from payment gateways, donors may email **care@gowardhangaushala.org** within 48 hours of transaction with transaction IDs, and we will initiate refund investigations.

03. Cow Adoption & Sponsorship Rules

Sponsorship of a cow (Adopt a Cow) is a symbolic gesture of financial support towards the collective daily expenses of the gaushala. Donors do not obtain physical ownership, custody, or commercial rights of the sponsored cow. Sponsors are welcome to visit our Mathura gaushalas to perform Gauseva in person.

04. Currency & Payment Methods

We accept donations in Indian Rupees (INR) and select foreign currencies via authorized payment gateways. All foreign currency contributions are processed strictly in accordance with FCRA regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

05. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute or claim arising out of online transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
